AGI of Washington and Unispace Sign Leases at Washington Square

Washington, D.C., March 18, 2015 - Lerner Enterprises, one of Washington, D.C.’s largest private real estate developers, and The Tower Companies, the largest Green Builders in the nation’s capital, both of Rockville, Maryland, are proud to announce recent lease deals within Washington Square, the twelve story LEED® Silver award-winning landmark office building located at 1050 Connecticut Avenue, L Street and 18th Street, NW.

AGI of Washington (http://www.agsiw.org), an independent, non-profit organization dedicated to research and policy deliberations, has signed a lease for an Ultimate Suite located on the 10th floor of Washington Square.

Unispace (http://www.unispace.com), a leading global strategic design practice specializing in the development and implementation of strategic design solutions for commercial workspaces, has leased a suite on the fifth floor.

Class ‘A’ trophy office space up to 37,500 square feet and luxurious Ultimate Suites starting at 3,737 square feet are available in Washington Square.
